The hotel has very friendly staff. the king room was beautifully maintained and had a shower. - There is a nice variety of good food for meals. - the hotel is in a nice location within walking distance to everywhere.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff, great rooms, and delicious food. They even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. It has all the amenities I need like Wi-Fi, free parking, and a bar/lounge area. Perfect for my business trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Matteo. the hotel overlooks the mountains, and our room was spacious and well-equipped. the location of the property was exceptional, being close to the slopes. There is a nearby place called Birkhahnalm where you can get quick meals. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options.

We also had an unexpected snowstorm, but the staff went above and beyond to help us with our car and ensure our safety. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was just a minute's drive from the ski slope. The only thing missing was a spa, but overall, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Super satisfied!

At Hotel Matteo, we truly got great value for our money with its modern and simply furnished rooms. The location was super convenient, just off the motorway, making it easy to access. The staff was exceptional, from the moment we booked to our friendly and helpful reception. And to top it off, the adjoining restaurant surpassed our expectations!

For breakfast offerings, it would have been better if there were separate dining times for large groups to ensure a smoother experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Flachau. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the slopes and start skiing right away. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and assisted me with any questions or requests I had. Finally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially liked the fact that the shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.
